bus transport underground transport city attractions
The bus and underground transport links were AMAZING!!! They are just a few minutes from the location. I walked to Hafen City attractions and museums. Miniature Wunderland was also easily accessible.
There was no safe in the room.

quiet location friendly staff
the location was quiet near hafencity. the reception staff was nice and remembered my name. a restaurant was available in the hotel, convenient for dining.
the hotel did not tidy up the room daily, even after a request on the third day. they cited sustainability, but i think tidying is important. they also did not refill the toilet paper, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is situated in a modern area. it is a short walk to tourist attractions. the subway station near the hotel offers easy access to the city center.

The staff at the front desk spoke english fluently. they were particularly helpful in explaining public transit options. the check-in was smooth, and the staff was generally great . They were efficient.

The hotel room included a good workdesk area. the bathroom was large. I found this useful for organizing personal items. the buffet breakfast offered many delicious options.

The gym had adequate equipment.
My room lacked a safe. A fridge was also absent from the room. Housekeeping service occurred only every other day. This was a significant inconvenience.
